We applaud your drive to look and feel great for an upcoming event or vacation, but our goal at PNP is to have you feeling your best for the other 364 days of the year when you don’t have that external motivation, and build sustainable habits.

One time assessment

$150

Our one time assessment includes a one hour video call to discuss your current eating and training habits, and allow for any and all questions you may have. This might include discussing your macronutrient requirements, current training plan, or how certain foods impact your gut & mental health. After the assessment you’ll receive an email recap of the conversation, key takeaways, recommendations, and resources. This is a good option if you have a routine and discipline, but need programming for a specific skill like pull ups or your first 5K.

Partner Discount- Whether it’s your husband, wife, or just a good friend, you’ll be more likely to stick to a plan if you have an accountability partner. When you sign up as a pair, you’ll both receive a 10% discount off your package.

Moms Discount-We understand how hard it is to prioritize your own health, when you’re responsible for other little humans. If you have children, we will honor a 15% discount off all packages.

In Home Training

Roughly $100/session (varies based on location and frequency)

Skip the gym and train in the comfort of your own home. We bring expert coaching, customized workouts, and motivation to help you build strength, lose weight, and feel your best. With a focus on progress, not perfection, we make fitness simple, sustainable, and tailored to your lifestyle. We will bring equipment with us if you do not have it.

Virtual Coaching

$120/month

Our online fitness programs provide structured, evidence-based training designed around your individual goals, lifestyle, and resources. Each plan is customized to help you build strength, improve mobility, enhance performance, or support weight management—all while fitting seamlessly into your schedule.

With expert coaching, progress monitoring, and ongoing adjustments, you’ll receive the same level of personalized attention as in-person training, delivered in a flexible and accessible format. Whether you train at home, in the gym, or on the go, our programs ensure you have the guidance and accountability to achieve lasting results.
